Initial Nutrition and Health Assessment (ED/DE)
Your first appointment for eating disorders/disordered eating will be an in-depth nutrition assessment to gather information needed to plan next steps in your recovery.
90 minutes: $250
Nutrition Counselling Follow Up
Available after completing your initial nutrition assessment (ED/DE). Follow up sessions consist of nutrition education, goal setting and ongoing nutrition support.
50 minutes: $150
30 minutes: $90
Meal Support
Available to assist with meal completion. This session can be booked through Alexandra once ongoing nutrition care begins.
